Yes, you will end up slamming on a strong branch of the tree resulting in head injuries. Now that you have understood the consequences, stay away from the trees while rebounding.

Check the springs, joints, and frames of the trampoline for any cuts, abrasions, rusts etc before starting to rebound on it.  Even if you find one spring in a bad condition, stay away from rebounding on it for safety reasons.

  1. Safety pads over frames

Almost all the trampolines are reinforced with the springs, hooks, and frames which are mostly present along the boundary of the trampoline. Sometimes when you rebound, due to imbalance you may land on those springs which can cause you deep cuts and abrasions. In order to hinder such back luck, safety pads can be used to cover the frames of the trampoline.

  1. Not against wind

Anyone who fears to rebound, develop a curiosity to jump higher after some practice. This is a normal human mentality. You can jump high, but don’t go exceed your limits. Doing so can cause ankle and knee pain very easily. Sometimes low degree fractures are also possible when you land at the boundary of the trampoline.

  1. Nothing beneath the trampoline

Like any other aspect, it is also important to check whether you have housed any item under the trampoline. While rebounding, the weight of the person shall draw him beneath the horizon and at that instance, if there is something under the trampoline, be prepared to see the rebounder with fractures. Hence, checks for the availability of your pets, bicycles, skateboards, and fire pits etc. under the trampoline are crucial.
